Transcash and PCS tickets are sold in French shops and tobacconists to top up prepaid Mastercard cards. If you bought one you won't use, it can be sold. Just know they're also the tickets scammers ask for most.

What they are

Each ticket carries a code that adds euros to a Transcash or PCS prepaid card. Until someone uses that code to top up a card, it keeps its value.

The scams around them

Fake bank advisers, fake police fines, fake sellers on classified sites and fake investments all end the same way: "buy tickets and send me the codes". Nobody legitimate asks to be paid like that. If that's how you got the ticket, don't send the code to anyone, and report it to the police.
