Before you sell it
- A Steam Wallet code has 15 letters and numbers, usually in three groups of five. On a physical card it's under the scratch strip on the back.
- Don't redeem it. Once a code is added to a Steam account, the money stays in that Wallet and can't be moved or cashed out.
- A digital gift card someone sent you through Steam goes straight to your account, so it can't be sold. Only unredeemed codes can.
- Got Steam cards from different countries? Add them all to one order and get a single payment.

What if the code was already used?
We can't pay for a code that's already redeemed, but any other cards in your order still get paid.
How fast do I get paid?
A person checks every card, so it isn't instant, but we send your payment within an hour of getting your code. PayPal, the payment apps and crypto then usually arrive in minutes; a bank transfer can take longer. You can follow your order on its own page.
